Key Principles
Three Core Tenets of Platform Access
- You must be at least 14 years old to access the service. Access by minors under 14 is strictly restricted.
- All asset changes are immutably ledgered. Discrepancies, system bugs, or fraudulent activities are audited and corrected based on ledger trails.
- Account sharing, real-money trading (RMT), bot exploits, and actions disruptive to fair play are strictly prohibited.
Article 1 (Purpose & Scope)
These Terms of Service govern the rights, duties, responsibilities, and dispute resolution standards between Woldeok Moneyverse ("Service") and its registered users across web applications and Discord environments.
These terms apply to the homepage, virtual wallets, transaction ledgers, mini-games, tools, and bots. Matters concerning personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Article 2 (Eligibility & Accounts)
- Users may access services via verified third-party OAuth (Discord or Google) upon agreeing to these Terms.
- Users under the age of 14 are strictly prohibited from creating accounts.
- Users must maintain accurate account credentials. Providing fraudulent age info or selling accounts may result in immediate suspension.
- Each external OAuth credential is tied to exactly one internal member identifier.
Article 3 (Virtual Economy & Transactions)
- All tokens and items are strictly game objects with zero cash value.
- All transactions require atomic verification by the backend central ledger.
- Cash settlement, RMT, and gray-market transfers outside the app are grounds for permanent account deletion.
Article 4 (User Conduct & Prohibited Acts)
Users shall refrain from the following prohibited activities:
- Unauthorized use, theft, or distribution of third-party account credentials.
- Deploying automated botting scripts, macro exploitation, or distributed denial of service.
- Harassment, offensive hate speech, distribution of malicious payloads or phishing links.
Article 5 (Administration & Access Restrictions)
Administrators adhere to the principle of least privilege. In cases of malicious activity, the operator reserves the right to place escrow holds, rollback transactions, or terminate accounts with audit logging.
Article 6 (Termination, Liability & Inquiries)
- Users may request account deletion at any time via self-service account management menus.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of this free platform.
